The Hamilton Cams 07-C-188/220 Camshaft has outperformed any other cam that Hamilton has tested against from idle to 4,200 RPM for your 1989-2016 Dodge 5.9L/6.7L Cummins. It is the largest drop-in cam that they currently offer. 

It is recommended that you use a 62mm or larger single turbo or larger twins. Install the intake on a 99 center line, and we recommend performance springs and push rods with a cam of this size. 

You will also want to make sure that you have enough piston to valve clearance when running this cam. For it to be "drop-in" on a 12v or 24v you can have no more than .018" piston protrusion. 12v needs at least .055" valve face depth, and 24v needs .038" valve face depth with a standard gasket on both. An oversize head gasket will be needed if those requirements aren't met.
